Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland*) on orders under £50 : £5.95
Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland*) on orders over £50 : FREE
*Excludes some Scottish and other remote locations, see below for affected postcodes. Next Day delivery is available for 'in stock' items only.
Delivery Exclusions
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly or the following Scottish postcodes - AB31-38, AB40-56, FK19-21, HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-10, PH15-50 and ZE1-ZE3
Delivery Timescales
Orders received before 16:30 will be dispatched with next working day delivery. Orders received after 16:30 will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day. Next working day delivery is not guaranteed, but the vast majority of orders are delivered within this timeframe. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as we receive the item back into stock.
Goods are not dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
Please note the courier can not call just before delivery, nor can we specify a specific delivery time slot.
Returns & Cancellations
If your goods arrive damaged, are DOA, or you are missing some items please let us know within 3 days and we'll take care of it for you.
If you have ordered the wrong item / size / colour or have decided the item doesn't meet your requirements then let us know within 5 days and we will issue you with a returns number and return instructions. A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.
All we ask is that the items are returned unopened, unused and in resaleable condition. It should be in it's original packaging and should not be written on or otherwise defaced.
